Texas Spirits Paranormal Investigations is a dedicated group of experts who specialize in the scientific
investigation into the paranormal. Unless some kind of special circumstance, an investigation will always
be run a certain way. TXSpirits has a very strong base in Texas, and the only way to keep that growing
is by impressing our clients and staying passionate about what we do. We like to have fun, but our first
thought is always helping the client, and keeping the integrity of our investigations and evidence.
For the ball to start rolling the client will first contacts us, or we contact a potential client. The case
manager will talk to the client and find out all the need to know information, and what they are looking for
in having an investigation conducted.  Once that step is complete the next task is setting a date, and
getting the group together who best matches the clients needs. Once the date is set and the team has
been chosen then it is the case manager’s responsibility to stay in contact with the client to answer any
questions before, during and after the investigation. If any questions should arise then the case
manager is always there to help.
Investigation night, generally investigations will start around 9 PM, but that mainly depends on the case
manager and the client. The team will be wearing uniforms with the TXSpirits Logos, and will be ready to
answer any questions. Once the team arrives at the location the case manager, lead investigator will go
inside to conduct a walk through of the location with the client. The reason for this is to talk privately with
the client and get an idea of where to place equipment.  Once the client is ready its time to get to work.
At this time the investigators will start setting up equipment while the client and the case manager sign
all paperwork.  Equipment will be carried in and setup in the designated locations using care and safety.
Our main concern is for the client, which includes all the belongings in the locations we are investigating.
One to two investigators will be assigned to walk the building and/or property with an EMF or IR
Thermometer and get a few base readings, also keeping there eyes open for anything they think would
be good to know before we go lights out such as fragile items, hazardous areas, or anything they feel is
cause for concern.
Once all the cameras, voice recorders and other equipment are setup then its time to go “lights out.”
All lights and unneeded electrical devices are to be turned off.  Now the investigation has officially
started. We will split up into small 2-3 person groups to make rounds and eventually hit each room
separately.  Investigators will never go off by themselves, this is for two reasons, one is for safety, and
the other is to confirm any experiences that may happen. Investigators-in-training will be grouped with
the most experienced Investigator, or case manager. Each group will be carrying with them some type of
recording equipment. Once all types of equipment and all groups have investigated all rooms, and the
case manager feels the investigation is complete then its time to turn the lights back on and gather
equipment. Generally an investigation will end between 2 and 4 AM. The same people who setup the
equipment will break it down to ensure safety, and efficiency.  As the equipment is packed other
investigators will load it into the vehicles. Tapes and recordings will be gathered for analysis. Once all
the evidence and equipment is secured in the vehicles we are ready to depart. Evidence will be carefully
analyzed and the results will be revealed at a later date.
After all the video, audio, pictures, ect. have been analyzed then its time to report what we found to the
client.  If at all possible we will come back to personally reveal the evidence we collected.  If there was no
paranormal evidence collected, or we debunked an occurrence we will still return to go over our finding
in detail.  Depending on what the client requests we will either not post any evidence or post what we
found on our website, this will only happen if the client has agreed by signing the evidence release form.
Finally a report will be written covering all aspects of the investigation for the website.
When all these things have been completed we hope the client is left with a sense of satisfaction. Our
number one goal is to use our knowledge to help whoever we come in contact with, whether it be a client
or simply someone with a question. We will never charge any amount of money to the client; this is a
value we hold very high.  When investigating we feel we are there to do our task to the best of our
abilities, and we are always here to help.

Thank You!
