Undisclosed Investigation
INVESTIGATION REPORT:
I wish I was able to tell you more about this location because it was most defiantly one for
the books. We were talking with our good friends from Corpus Christy Spook Central and
they told us about a haunted location between Austin and Corpus. CCSC had visited this
location multiple times never being disappointed with the activity. Well of course Texas
Spirits just had to check it out for ourselves. The owner of the property asked us not to
disclose the location of our investigation but I can give you a few details. It is an
abandoned hospital that looks like something out of a low budget horror film. It was
abandoned approximately 15-20 years ago due to a more recent hospital being built in
the small town. Rather than transferring all the equipment they left everything in place,
including a very expensive X-Ray machine. It was as if someone dropped a bomb and the
hospital had to be evacuated, definitely a fascinating site!
We arrived to the town and met CCSC at the hotel where we got to talk with the team while
we waited for the sun to set. We soon pulled up to the hospital and saw a very large four
story building that definitely had a creepy sense to it. We were greatly impressed with the
equipment from CCSC as they seemed equally impressed with ours. We had multiple
DVR systems going in the building including wireless audio and Thermal Camera
Coverage. We split into teams and got to learn how they investigate and got to pickup
and trade some great tips. We did learn a new way of collecting EVP with a parabolic
microphone which was very cool! As the night progressed we made rounds from the first
to the fourth floor as well as the morgue. We did have a few personal experiences
including a door being slammed open while approaching it with a feeling of disorientation
and weakness. I had never had that feeling before and it was interesting to say the least.
We were luck to hear some EVPs previously collected by CCSC while we were on site and
let me tell you, they were very impressive. We were also lucky enough to collect a few of
our own!
EVIDENCE:
We were not disappointed with the evidence we gathered. We were left with multiple EVP
that has us excited to go back!!
